Dust off your Good Will Hunting DVDs, folks — Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are working together again.
While each has since gone on to leading man stardom, dabbling in brouhahas in front of and behind the camera along the way, the pair is reportedly reuniting to co-produce Warner Bros.’ Race to the South Pole.

The film tells the true story of the English sailors Robert Falcon Scott and Roald Amundsen’s quest to be the first man to reach the south pole. Affleck’s brother, Casey, is slated to play Scott.
The report did not state whether Ben Affleck or Damon would play Adundsen.
While Boston’s Dynamic Duo have been looking to reunite on a project for years, things haven’t necessarily worked out in their schedules. They’re both incredibly busy as it is, with Affleck set to direct a biopic of gangster Whitey Bulger as well as develop an adaptation of The Stand to piggyback off his latest project, Argo, and Damon co-writing, producing and starring in the Gus van Sant’s upcoming Promised Land.
